Trading Post Coffee Roasters Private Hire Referral Reward Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Referral reward: £100 Trading Post Coffee Gift Card
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Trading Post Coffee Roasters (“TP”) Referral Reward Scheme (“the Scheme”). The Scheme is designed to reward existing guests who successfully refer new customers that go on to book and complete an event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters.
Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility – Referrer
2.1 To be eligible as a referrer (“Referrer”), an individual must:

Have previously booked and completed an event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters; and
-
Have fully settled any final balances associated with their original event.
2.2 Events that are booked but have not yet taken place do not qualify the individual as an existing guest for the purposes of this Scheme.
3. Eligibility – Referred Guest
3.1 A referred guest (“Referred Guest”) must:
-
Be a new customer who has never previously booked their own event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters; and
-
Successfully book and complete an event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters.
3.2 Referrals involving individuals who have previously booked their own event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters will not qualify for a reward. You cannot refer yourself for repeat bookings.
4. Valid Referrals
4.1 A referral must be declared at the time of booking by the Referred Guest. Retrospective referral claims will not be accepted.
4.2 To be valid, the referral must include:

The Referrer’s full name; and
-
The date of the Referrer’s completed event.
4.3 Only one Referrer may be named per referred booking and must match the name on the referrers' own booking.
5. Qualifying Events
5.1 The referred event must:
- be an evening event at any Trading Post Coffee House - this referral offer does not apply to the Meeting Room Daytime hire at Trading Post Coffee Roasters Horsham.

Proceed as booked and be fully completed; and
-
Meet the event’s applicable minimum spend requirements, including any associated costs or additional charges required to cover the minimum spend.
5.2 There is no separate minimum booking value beyond the standard minimum spend requirements for the event. For further details on this, please refer to our Private Hire Terms and Conditions.
5.3 Where a referred event is postponed or rescheduled, the referral reward will only be issued once:

The event has taken place; and
-
All final invoices and balances have been settled.
6. Time Limits
6.1 To qualify for a referral reward, the Referred Guest’s completed event must take place within 24 months of the Referrer’s completed event date.
6.2 Referrals falling outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a reward.
7. Referral Reward
7.1 The referral reward consists of:

One £100 Trading Post Coffee gift card per qualifying referred booking.
7.2 There is no limit to the number of referral rewards a Referrer may earn, provided all referred events meet the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 The referral reward will be issued after the referred event has taken place and all outstanding balances have been settled.
8. Gift Card Collection
8.1 Gift cards are available for collection only and will not be posted.
8.2 Collection may take place at any Trading Post Coffee Roasters site, subject to prior agreement between the Bookings Team and the Referrer.
8.3 Collection arrangements must be pre-agreed in advance.
8.4 Collection by a third party on behalf of the Referrer may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior approval from the Bookings Team.
9. Gift Card Validity & Use
9.1 The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of the Referred Guest’s completed event.
9.2 Gift cards:
-
Are redeemable in-store only at Trading Post Coffee Roasters locations;
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash; and
-
Are subject to Trading Post Coffee Roasters standard gift card terms and conditions, which can be found here.
10. General
10.1 Trading Post Coffee reserves the right to:
-
Amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme at any time;
-
Refuse a referral reward where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Scheme is subject to availability and operational capacity.
10.3 Trading Post Coffee Roasters’ decision in all matters relating to the Scheme is final.
2. Shortened, Customer-Facing Terms & Conditions
Referral Reward Scheme – £100 Trading Post Coffee Gift Card
Existing guests who have previously completed an event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters can earn a £100 Trading Post Coffee gift card by referring a friend or family member who goes on to book and complete their own event.
Referrals must be declared at the time of booking and include the referrer’s full name and original event date. Only one referrer may be named per booking, and the referred guest must never have booked an event with Trading Post Coffee Roasters before.
The referral reward will be issued after the referred event has taken place and all final balances are settled. Referred events must be completed within 24 months of the referrer’s original event.
Gift cards are issued for collection by prior arrangement, are valid for 12 months, redeemable in-store only, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Standard gift card terms apply.
Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time.
3. Referral Reward Scheme – Internal Guidelines for Team.
