COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDTIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to coffee subscriptions purchased directly through tradingpostcoffee.co.uk.
Promotion launch date: 1 July 2026.
Subscription Offers
New Subscribers
Customers starting a new coffee subscription from 1 July 2026 will receive:

25% off their first subscription order.

20% off their second subscription order.
-
10% off all subsequent subscription orders while their subscription remains active.
The new subscriber offer is limited to one subscription promotion per customer and/or household.
Returning Subscribers
Customers who have previously cancelled a subscription may receive a 25% reactivation discount code during the promotional period.
Where issued, this code:

Is valid for use between 1 July 2026 and 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 30 August 2026.

Applies to the first subscription order after reactivation only.

May only be used once.
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount code.
Returning subscribers using a valid reactivation code are not eligible for the 20% second-order discount.
Existing Active Subscribers
Customers with an active subscription on 1 July 2026 have automatically received a one-time 25% discount on their next eligible subscription order.
The discount:

Has been automatically applied to the eligible subscription.

Applies to one subscription order only.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount code.
Following this one-time discount, active subscribers will continue to receive the standard subscription discount of 10% on all future eligible subscription orders, together with free 48-hour delivery to mainland UK.

Subscription discounts apply only to the following core coffee blends:

Subscription discounts do not apply to single origin coffees, speciality coffees, limited edition coffees, guest coffees or any other products unless expressly stated.
Delivery
All eligible subscription orders include free 48-hour delivery to mainland UK addresses.
We currently deliver subscription orders to mainland UK only.
Delivery times are estimates and, while we always aim to meet them, cannot be guaranteed.
Subscription Renewals & Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency selected by the customer until paused or cancelled.
Customers may choose a delivery frequency from every 2 weeks onwards.
Payment will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method on each scheduled renewal date.
If we are unable to process payment, we may automatically retry payment. If payment cannot be successfully collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until a valid payment method has been provided.
Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription can be managed at any time through your customer account.
You can:

Pause your subscription.

Skip an upcoming order.
-
Change your coffee selection.
-
Amend your delivery frequency.
-
Update your delivery address.
-
Cancel your subscription.
To apply to your next scheduled order, any changes to your subscription—including pauses, skips, amendments or cancellations—must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
Once payment has been processed and your order has entered fulfilment, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Subscription Pricing & Promotions
The ongoing 10% subscription discount forms part of Trading Post Coffee Roasters' current subscription program.
We reserve the right to amend, replace or withdraw subscription discounts, promotional offers or subscription benefits at any time. Where changes affect active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Subscription discounts:

Cannot be combined with any other promotional code, offer or discount unless expressly stated.

Have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.
Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel orders, withdraw promotional discounts or suspend subscriptions where fraudulent activity, misuse or abuse of these offers is suspected.
General
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect subscription orders that have already been confirmed.
Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to correct any pricing, promotional or typographical errors at any time.
